Enter session notes

Record information about a specific visit. You can enter session notes to add details to the service history, customer notes to display on customer Visual Report, and technician notes to document or share technician performance feedback.

Create an account

Download Visual Service on your Android mobile device and create a Visual Service account. Visual Service for iOS is coming soon.

Connect your instruments

Connect your Bluetooth™ instruments such as probes, clamps, multimeters etc. You can take measurements with any brand of Bluetooth™ instruments and sync them with your account only the first time you connect them.

Select a system type

Select the system parameters that you’re servicing – such as the make, model, size etc. The diagnostics measurement targets and the required instruments will automatically populate in your job session.

Follow the Smart Steps - the step-by-step instructions specifically designed to service the system that you have selected. Whatever your experience level, Smart Steps can guide you through troubleshooting any HVAC system.
